Hey! Whats up? My name is Michael Barbato. I am a second level StrongFirst and Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor. I teach and practice the HardSTYLE method of kettlebell training. After receiving my Russian Kettlebell Challenge [RKC] Certificate in September '08, I opened Precision Kettlebells [a fun and exciting group kettlebell program]. In June 09 I pushed for the RKCII to further my teaching skills and better my clients and business. I have had the honor to assist in the first RKC Certification on the East Coast. I represent Philly HardSTYLE and teach this method to all of my clients. Later Becoming a StongFirst Kettlebell Instructor.

I grew up in a town named Collingdale in the Philadelphia suburbs, Delaware County. Graduated high school and started a career as an automotive technician. I have always had an interest in weight training. As years passed I became more interested in learning how to change my body. After years of searching I discovered Russian Kettlebells. Russian Kettlebells changed my entire outlook on weight training. I would never weight train the same again.

Learning, performing, conquering. Four years have passed. I put myself through intense training at the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge). I'm here to pursue something that I am happy doing, participating in the art of Russian Kettlebells. I want to be the best, I want to make you better than you were yesterday, I want to help others be better, stronger, leaner. Knowledge goes out to my family, friends, and others. I'm here handing out Strength to all who will receive it! Come be one with Precision Kettlebells.

We started training on a regular basis. During my journey I learned to eat healthy and train hard and with much dedication, competed in 2 Figure Competitions.

Shortly after competition I was introduced to Kettlebells. After my first kettlebell class , I was hooked. I was surprised at the quick results kettlebells produced and how it targeted the body as a whole. I started training with bells and within 6 months attended the RKC , September 2008. I continued to learn and attended several more certifications throughout the years. Hometown: West Chester, PA
Height: 5'6.5"
Weight: 118

Hello....I'm Michelle. I would say I fell into Kettlebells from a local RKC at my gym back in 2007. I watched these guys make noises lifting, swinging and juggling kettlebells and said Wow!! I would like to try that! My knowledge from training went as far as being an avid runner. So needless to say being lean and strong was something I've always wanted to achieve. I practiced and trained with a coach for approximately a year before attending my RKC June 08 in Minnesota. It was awesome, it just drove my desire to share my HARDstyle knowledge with all. I've also assisted the first East Coast Russian Kettlebell Challenge where I meet Mike Barbato. I'm looking forward to bringing my knowledge, life experiences and passion for kettlebells to Precision Kettlebells.

I'm a local girl who grew up in West Chester, PA, currently still living in Chester County, PA. My background is in art having two degrees in Graphic and Industrial Design. Worked for years in corporate America got burnt out and needed a change. That's when I just jumped right in and pushed to live and teach my passion for Kettlebells. I am currently completing my 200 hours of Power Vinyasa yoga to also put in my toolbox of skills. I'm constantly learning and fine tuning my knowledge within the fitness industry. I enjoy watching people achieve their goals. We all have challenges within our lives, working through them gives us passion for life...

Pete Nestor SFG, Biography

Name: G. Peter Nestor, SFG
Birthdate: 5/17/1981
Hometown: West Chester, PA
Height: 5’11”

My name is Pete Nestor and I am a StrongFirst level 1 certified kettlebell instructor at Precision Kettlebells in Malvern, PA.

I grew up in South Jersey, went to Drexel University in Philadelphia for my Electrical Engineering degree, and shortly after landed myself in West Chester, PA. I had played football in High School and was a “Fitness Assistant” at a local gym before heading off to college. But at Drexel, classes and side jobs distracted me and I didn't keep up with my fitness.

I struggled with my weight for some time, which even included back pain and sleeping problems. Years down the road, after marrying my wife and having our son, I knew that there was more on the line and it was time for a change.

Literally falling into kettlebells, something I had previously known not a thing about, I was instantly hooked. I couldn't believe the changes I saw in such a short amount of time. Mike Barbato saw the passion I had for it. It didn't take long to realize that I wanted to help people get stronger than they could ever imagine, quickly and easily lose weight, and achieve their personal goals; the same way Mike did for me when I first started. With the support of Mike and Precision Kettlebells, I received my SFG level 1 certification in September of 2014.

I have achieved goals I never knew I could have, and I couldn't be happier about it. Every class I strive to help others do the same.
