Now I am not certified in the Functional Movements System (FMS) yet, but in the past few months I have been doing some FMS drills that SRKC Will Williams and RKCII Phil Scarito have been helping me with. Face the wall squats, rolling patterns, over head squats, just to name a few. And I myself have seen a HUGE change in the way I move. My training has gone better, I'm pain free, and feel that my body is moving together.
