  1. Do you have any medical history that may injure you when performing any type of exercise? If so, you should consult with a physician before starting any exercise. 
  2. Beware of your surroundings.  Do you have the room to perform kettlebell drills and not damage your surrrounding property? Make sure there are no other kettlebells or foreign objects in the way. Notice if you are on flat level ground, any other ground may cause injury. Make sure the ground is dry and slip free.
  3. Drop it! When performing a drill and the bell whats to go where you don't want it to, Drop It! It is not worth an injury to "save" the movement. Saving the movement may cause injury.
  4. Always wear flat souled shoes or no shoes at all, sneakers are unacceptable. sneakers and comfortable shoes compromise your performance and cause you to lean forward or to the side during drills. This infact can cause back injury. 
  5. Focus on the Quality of the exercise than the Quantiy. Whats a good workout if you can't do the movements correctly. Be safe and do the movement right.
  6. If your heart rate is sky high, don't stand still or bend over. keep moving so you heart rate comes down gradually. Standing still put unnesessary strain on your heart.
  7. Train smart! don't over do yourself the frist day you learn an exersice. It's your fault if you get hurt doing a large amount of reps the day you learn a specific movement.
  8. Always perform safety measures. No matter how comfortable you get with kettlebells, don't forget the basics (safety).

There are always more to learn as training goes along. You are always learning more everyday you pick-up that BELL! You will adjust.
