No more Wawa hoagies!
I have been in love with Kettlebell training for three years but I was eating whatever I wanted. Many times, I heard Mike say "you can't out train a bad diet” but I wasn’t listening. Finally after seeing awesome physical changes in my classmates, I decided to sign up for the next transformation challenge. I thought I can do anything for six weeks.
Everyone knows the rule for weight loss which is eat less and exercise more, this along with the daily encouragement of the PK team, instructors, prior and current participants was exactly the right combination for my success!
