EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Do “X” amount of Reps of “X” Movement and whatever is left in the minute is your rest.

The Workout:
EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Do “X” amount of Reps of “X” Movement and whatever is left in the minute is your rest.

Note: Workout can be modified with a dumbbell. Adjust repetitions and rounds based on your personal level of fitness.

1- 10 Goblet Squats
2- 20 2 Handed Swings
3- 10 Split Squats L/R (weight optional)
4- 20 Push-ups (Change Variation each round)
5- 20 Jump Squats (modified: Squat)

1:00 Rest is optional after 5th movement.

Do a total of 5-6 rounds
