We are excited to be opened with strict policies in place to ensure your safety.
I'm Not Ready To Come Back, Will You Still Offer Online Classes?
Our studio is ready for you when YOU are ready for it. We’ll continue to provide the Live Stream at-home workouts until you’re ready to join us in the studio.
Classes will remain on our virtual schedule. Our virtual classes are a great way to take classes with our highly sought after workouts and convenient for those days you can’t make it in the studio.
Book a virtual live class with us by following the steps here.
Are You Offering Smaller Class Sizes?
Yes, we are now offering half-capacity classes set to 16 MAX!
Each square allows for greater than 8×8 section to workout in with individual equipment.
When Should I Arrive To Class?
10 Minutes Early…
Show up no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins to minimize the amount of congregating in the studio. We know it’s hard not to chat with your coaches and friends and encourage you to do so outside of the studio while maintaining a safe distance.
Are Mask Required to be worn durning the workout?
Not during the workout…
However, you must wear a mask when entering and exiting the studio and anytime that you are not in your square.
To put it straight forward, if you’re not in your square, MASK ARE ON!
Coaches and Staff follow these same guidelines.
What filtration system does the studio use?
We’ve upgraded the HVAC…
We are in the process of installing MERV-13 filters in our HVAC unit. These will help filter out small air particles, as well as to deactivate viruses, bacteria, tobacco smoke, and any microscopic allergens.
Additionally, we are installing UV Air Purifier system in our HVAC Ducts.
The Purifier is installed in the ductwork of the HVAC system to reduce airborne odors, toxic chemical vapors, germs and mold. The air cleaner’s UV light and activated carbon cells reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC’s)
How is the studio cleaned?
Nothing New To Us…
High-touch surfaces (e.g., doorknobs and bathrooms) in our facilities are cleaned consistently after each session by our managers and coaching staff. Your equipment – which is the surface that you are the most exposed to – is cleaned twice before you use it: it is cleaned with disinfectant wipes by the client who previously used it, and it is cleaned by us immediately after your use.
Additionally, our studio floor is scrubbed at the end of each day.
Although at PK we take the cleanliness of the surfaces in our spaces very seriously, and has ALWAYS, it is important to note that the CDC has advised that surfaces are not currently thought to be the main way that COVID-19 spreads. You can read more about the CDC’s perspective on the way that COVID-19 is thought to spread here.
