The Workout:
Work towards 3-5 rounds of the following complex.
:30 sec. 2 Handed Kettlebell Swings ❤️
:30 sec. Rest
:60 sec. Goblet Squats ?
:30 sec. Rest
:90 sec. Deadlifts ?
:60 sec. Rest
Repeat for 3-5 rounds
You can add a mini band to pop those abductors ? ?
BONUS!
Take away a rest period after each round.
Example:
:30 swings right into :60 squats then rest :30
:30 Swings into :60 Squats into :90 Deadlifts :30 Rest
