The Workout Design:
:30 Seconds of Work
:30 Seconds of Rest.
Perform each exercise for :30 and rest :30 before going on to the next exercise.
With the Left and Right side exercises, you will do Left side for :30 and Right side for :30, Then rest for :30.
With the Alternating Step Ups, you can do :30 or a full minute.
Bulgarian Split Squats: Left / Right
Hip Thruster: Left / Right or Double
Alternating Step Ups
Go through one cycle then rest 1-2 minutes before starting another cycle.
Repeat 5 times.
