Sam has been crushing her goals for a while with us. Chipping anyway at her goals…
We actually just wrapped up a short personalized program to educate her on better ways of eating.
She’s down 10 pounds in just a few weeks and she’s never hungry. In fact, she eats more than she’s ever had on a “diet” before and STILL LOSING BODY FAT!
Let’s hear what Sam has to say about her experience with Precision Kettlebells…
PK: What was your biggest fear or concern before starting at PK?
Sam: No fears, just needed motivation more than anything.
PK: How did you overcome that fear or concern to take the leap and become a PK VIP Member?
Sam: My husband and I tried the free trial, and then extended the trial through the end of the year. For the first time ever we started a workout plan in the middle of the holiday season… if that’s not a crazy leap I don’t know what is.
PK: What was your biggest fitness struggle and how did PK help you overcome it?
Sam: My biggest fitness struggle was consistency. I never found anything that kept me motivated to come on a regular basis. Now I average 4-5 days a week. PK helped in many ways…
1) in a whole year I have never done the same workout ever
2) it’s fun! Both inside the gym class and outside with extra activities
3) the people are fantastic, always welcoming, helping, and challenging you in positive ways
4) Mike and Kate… they won’t let you fail.
PK: How is your life different now that you’re a PK Member?
Sam: I have so much more energy to do the normal day to day tasks… and muscles, never had them before LOL.
PK: Think about someone out there who is like you before you joined PK. They’re struggling with their weight or fitness goals and are thinking about joining PK. What would you say to them?
Sam: You have nothing to loose, and everything to gain 🙂
PK: Is there anything else about your experience that you want to share with the world?
Sam: In addition to the workouts, Mike and Kate will throw in challenges for additional motivation…
I personally have joined a couple of these challenges to learn more about eating right and food prep which have been super helpful!
