30 Seconds of work / 05 seconds of rest
Repeat Each Circuit 5 X before continuing

Circuit 1:
-One Arm Kettlebells Swing L/R
-Tap Jacks
Repeat 5 X

Circuit 2:
-Superhero Blast Off (catch clean – squat – press)
-Jump Squats (modification: body weight squats)
Repeat 5 X

Circuit 3:
-Alternating Goblet Lunges
-Froggy Push-ups
Repeat 5 X
