Try this 3 Part Body Weight Workout Series:
You can do 1,2, or all 3. Either way, you’ll get an amazing workout.
Each part get gradually harder.

The Workout:
You have two options based on the time you have and your level of fitness.
20 seconds of work /10 seconds of rest
or
30 seconds of work /15 seconds of rest.

You must repeat each movement 3 times before moving on to the next movement.

Part 1:
✅ Hop Squats (modification: squat)
✅ Push-ups (change hand position each set)
✅ Hip Thruster- Left
✅ Hip Thruster- Right
✅ Mountain Climbers
✅ Eagle Jacks

Rest 1 time interval- 20/10 (:30 seconds) or 30/15 (:45 seconds rest)

Part 2:
✅ Drop Squats (modification: squat)
✅ Pike Push-ups
✅ Lunge- Left
✅ Lunge- Right
✅ Spider Mountain Climbers
✅ Skater Jump

Rest 1 time interval- 20/10 (:30 seconds) or 30/15 (:45 seconds rest)

Part 3:
✅ Squat Jumps (modification: squat)
✅ Blast Off Push-ups
✅ Split Squats- Left
✅ Split Squats- Right
✅ Tuck Jump Mountain Climbers
✅ Burpees

FINISHED!

Again, you can do one part at a time or all three parts to have an amazing workout.
