EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) Workout:
Do each exercise on the minute. Whatever time is left over in that minute is your rest. Shake it out and Stay active with jog in place, jumping jacks, invisible jump rope etc.
– 10 Double Front Squats
– 10 Pullovers
– 15 Jump Squats
– 5 L / R Single Leg Deadlifts (hip hinge)
– 20 Outside the Leg Swings
Repeat for 5 total rounds for a total of 30 minutes.
