YOUR ROAD MAP FOR BUILDING A HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER YOU

Welcome! I’m so excited that you’re here.

If you’re ready to get fit (for good this time), then you’ve come to the right place. While we’re confident that our coaches and programs will help you get the results you’re looking for, we also understand that jumping into something new and challenging can be a daunting decision. This is why we are offering a free 1-on-1 Discovery Session to get to know you and discover your goals and motivation for starting your fitness journey. From there, we will schedule your first session, most likely “Basic Training” to teach you the fundamentals you need to confidently progress in our group classes.

During your Discovery Session you will receive:

A baseline evaluation of your current fitness status
An overview of our unique way of implementing kettlebell exercising into a fun boot camp style atmosphere
Receive a feature highlight tour of our studio
Specific information on how to transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time
 Much more!

To get started, simply fill out the form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss the best time for your session. We are also happy to help answer any questions you might have about training at Precision Kettlebells, Chester County’s Premier Fitness Studio. We look forward to meeting you!

BEFORE CLASS

1. Paperwork is never fun, so get it done ahead of time by filling out our waiver online.
2. Go to precisionkettlebells.com/schedule and reserve your spot. PK is an addiction waiting to happen.
3. Bring your work out clothes, your kicks, and water. You must hydrate. It’s critical for your health. For realz. We’ve got everything else covered.
4. Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, so you can meet your coach and get an overview of what to expect.

DURING CLASS

5. Ask questions if you have any- there's no such thing as a dumb question.
6. Use the 50% Rule. Please go about 50% of intensity your first few workouts.
7. Pace yourself. You know your body- do what YOU can do. Rest when needed.
8. Grab a mop: This is a high intensity workout, and you’re gonna sweat.
9. Wipe down your area: kettlebell and mat.
10. Cool down and take advantage of stretching.

AFTER CLASS

11. Rest and Recover.
12. Reserve your next class.
13. Go home and hydrate.
