I’m Mike. I built Precision Kettlebells because most people don’t need more motivation. They need a plan, good coaching, and a place that actually gives a damn.
You won’t be thrown into the deep end. We scale it, coach it, and keep you moving forward.
Think of your first session like bringing your body into a good shop. We inspect what’s going on, make smart adjustments, then send you out with a plan you can actually follow.
We check your starting point and any “warning lights” like back, knees, shoulders. Then we choose the right regressions so you can train safely right away.
You’ll train through a full workout with coaching on form and pacing. No chaos. No ego. Just solid reps that build confidence.
You leave knowing what to do next. Training frequency, what to track, and simple nutrition targets so you’re not guessing tomorrow.
