STARTING YOUR FIRST CLASS
Don't let fear hold you back. At Precision Kettlebells, we encourage you to take your first steps at your own rhythm. We provide a supportive environment where you can grow and succeed, no matter your starting point. Our trainers are here to guide you every step of the way.
The very first minutes of class play a crucial role in your experience with us, which is why we ask first time clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled class for their brief walk through and orientation.
From there, depending on your fitness level, your coach will give you guidelines for what weights to use and specifics to aim for during your workout.
Whether you're in a stationary kettlebell class or an action-packed circuit class, you're in for a thrilling ride. Our workouts incorporate various equipment, from kettlebells to air bikes, rowers, and more. Your coach will guide you through each exercise, explaining intervals and cardio techniques. Feel free to ask questions – our coaches are here to assist and refine your form.
The coach will then lead the class through a cool-down stretch. After class, we recommend you to recover with plenty of water, a good source of protein and maybe a protein shake/bar or recovery drink like FitAid!
