Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into Precision Kettlebells, you’ll feel at ease.
Our entire program is designed to be an individualized program in a group setting, allowing everyone to benefit from the camaraderie but still “go at their own pace.” With different size weights, easier and more difficult exercise variations, and add-on training options, people of all levels can still benefit!
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time. A team member will get you aquatinted with our studio and introduce you to your coach.
After explaining how the class works, depending on your fitness level, your coach will give you guidelines for what weight to use and specifics to aim for during your workout.
DURING CLASS
Before getting started, the coach will explain how to do each exercise as well as the interval length and speed during cardio. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The coaches are here to help and can even correct your form if needed.
