Quick questions

Still Wondering If This Will Work for You?

Good. You should know what you’re getting before you buy. Here are the big questions most people have before starting one of our follow-along kettlebell programs.

Do I need multiple kettlebell sizes?

No. One kettlebell can handle most of the program. A lighter and heavier option is helpful, especially as you get stronger, but it’s not required to start. Don’t let lack of equipment become another excuse.

Are the videos follow-along or just exercise demos?

They’re full follow-along workouts. You train with the coach on screen in real time, not a random list of exercises you have to figure out yourself. Press play, follow the session, and get it done.

Can beginners start here?

Yes, as long as you’re willing to learn and respect the basics. The workouts include beginner, intermediate, and advanced targets with form cues throughout. If you’re brand new to kettlebells, start lighter and focus on clean movement before chasing speed or weight.

How many workouts are included in each volume?

Each volume is a 5-week training block with 5 different workouts per week. That gives you 25 follow-along workouts per volume.

What’s different about each volume?

Each volume gives you a fresh 5-week block with 25 new follow-along workouts. The structure stays familiar on purpose, so you’re not relearning a brand-new system every time. Volume 2 includes more double kettlebell options, but you can still modify based on what you have available.

How do I access the videos?

After purchase, you’ll get access through the Precision Kettlebells website/app. Even though the videos live on YouTube, they’re private and can only be accessed through your Precision Kettlebells account.

Do I keep access after the 5 weeks?

Yes. You get lifetime access to the program you purchase, so you can repeat the workouts, revisit a favorite session, or move through the volume again whenever you want.

Whether you’re looking for an at-home kettlebell program, online kettlebell workouts, or a simple one-kettlebell training plan, these programs give you a clear path to press play and train.

Mike’s kettlebell recommendation

Need a Kettlebell for These Workouts? Don’t Buy Junk.

You don’t need a full rack of bells to start an at-home kettlebell program. But you do need a bell that feels solid, sits flat, and doesn’t tear up your hands after ten minutes.

What Weight Should You Start With?

The right kettlebell should challenge you without forcing sloppy reps. If you can’t press it overhead with control, it’s probably too heavy to start.

Most beginner women Usually start around 15-25 lb, depending on training history and comfort with the movements.
Most beginner men Usually start around 25-35 lb, depending on strength, experience, and current conditioning.
  • Go lighter if your form is shaky.
  • Go heavier if you already train consistently.
  • Choose control before ego.
  • You can always add another bell later.
Simple rule: buy one kettlebell you can control, then start training. The program matters more than owning a pile of equipment.
