I didn't grow up as "the fitness guy." I spent my twenties working as an automotive technician, and if you know anything about that world, you know it teaches you to diagnose problems instead of guessing at them. I carried that mindset straight into training when I found kettlebells in 2005 and used them to turn my own health and fitness around.
In 2008 I started coaching people in a local park in Malvern. No studio, no fancy equipment, just people who wanted real results and were willing to put in the work. That grew into Precision Kettlebells, which I legally launched in 2009 and went full-time running in 2015.
Today I run the Malvern studio and coach men all over the country through Kettlebell KUTS, our 16-week transformation program. My approach hasn't changed since the park days: find the root cause, build a plan around it, and hold people accountable until it works. I'm a husband and a dad first, and that's exactly why I gets it when a client says they don't have time. I didn't either. I made it anyway, and I'll show you how to do the same.
