What are the class times?

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No — but be honest: it will be hard, especially in the first two weeks. Every movement is coached, every weight is scaled to your current level, and we build you up progressively. You don't need to be fit to start. You just need to be willing to work.
Is this a hardcore bootcamp?
The workouts are genuinely hard — especially if you're just getting back into a routine. But they're not random. The majority of our programming is interval-based, which means you move at your own pace and get done what you can. There's no prescribed weight for the room. Your weight is your weight. The coach is there to push you — not destroy you.
