1. A simple protein standard, not a complicated meal plan. The target is 180g of protein per day. You hit it by anchoring every meal around a palm-sized protein source first. That works whether you are eating at home or at a client dinner in a city you flew into that morning.

2. Three training sessions per week, 40 minutes max. If the plan requires five days and a perfect schedule, it will not survive contact with a real work week. Three days, structured, coached, is enough to produce real results. It also survives travel, long meetings, and the kind of weeks where everything runs late.

3. A weekly check-in that adjusts the plan in real time. This is the part most programs skip entirely. The check-in is where you catch the drift before it becomes a quit. If something is not working, you find out at week two, not week ten.
